I have used the Music City DJ several times in the past 3 years and have been pleased each and everytime we have used Mel. He is always prompt when attending events. He is able to accurately read a mixed age crowd to find out what works to get them moving. He has a great gift for getting attendees back on the dance floor after an interruption (announements, speeches etc) to bring back the excitement. He has an excellent stage voice that carries over the music to make any necessary announcements. I have referred Mel several times and look forward without hesitation to using his services at an upcoming family wedding. We are a small town community that runs various dances as fundraising for a variety of hockey teams. I called on Mel Hennessy of Music City DJ to come DJ the first dance that I run back 4 years ago. What a success! We have continued to use Mel every year since, and having attended many of the other dances run by other teams, they too now call on Mel for their DJ services. His reputation for getting people up on the dance floor and being in tune to what the crowd wants to hear is amazing!
